Mondays
11-1130am Sons of Airdyne- Sean
A 30-45 minute workout focused on the Schwinn Airdyne Cycle. Participants train on and off of the cycle using one of these supremely tough cardio machines- The Airdyne. The upper and lower body aspect of the bike combined with unrelenting resistance can be extremely humbling. God Speed!
Tuesdays
11am-12pm Gauntlet Strength and Power Intervals- Sean
Boot camp style power and muscle endurance training using a large variety of Gauntlet equipment and machines. Class is usually outside unless the temperature is under 40 degrees.
Thursdays
11am- 12pm Gauntlet “S.H.I.I.T. Storm”- Sean
Interval traing that, at times, looks and feels like medieval torture.
